The Tourist Office A team at your service

Our mission: to answer your questions, inform you and share with you our love for our beautiful city of Pau! We love to help you discover our favorite places, our good addresses! If you’re looking for a souvenir, a show or an event, that’s what we’re here for too!

The Tourist Office

At reception, 7 holiday advisors take turns 7/7 to share our favorite Béarn with you, and accompany you every step of the way to prepare and enjoy your vacation with us.

While you’re here, we’ll be delighted to welcome you to our two tourist information offices:

To book a guided tour offered by the city of Pau, visit the Pau Tourist Office.

On the entertainment front, we are the exclusive sales outlet for Pau’s jazz and theater seasons.
We also sell tickets for the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional, and many other cultural and festive events.

Reservations can be made directly at the Tourist Office or via our online store.
