Getting there

The Tourist Office

At reception, seven holiday advisers take turns working seven days a week to share our favourite parts of Béarn with you and support you at every stage of your trip, so you can plan and enjoy your holiday here to the full.

During your stay, we’ll be delighted to welcome you to our two tourist information offices:

  • Pau – Place Royale
Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm – Closed on public holidays
  • Lescar – Place Royale
Open Wednesday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Closed on public holidays

Our values It’s also the way we relate to you

  1. A commitment to service
Being there for you, truly. Listening to you, responding to you, and anticipating your needs with care and responsiveness: this is our daily routine, and our greatest source of pride. Because seeing you leave satisfied is what drives us every day.
  2. A local team, here for you
Here, we’re on home turf. This is our local area: we know it, we love it, and we’re passionate about sharing it with you. Our advice comes from people who love the area – it’s straightforward, sincere and committed.
  3. The joy of sharing
Here, our welcome feels genuine. A ‘hello’, a smile, a top tip shared at just the right moment: it’s these little things that make all the difference. And we love it!
