Description
Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is not coincidental?
Drawing inspiration from iconic figures such as Joan of Arc, Henry IV, Lully, Napoleon, Edith Piaf, Charles de Gaulle, and others less famous, Patrice Thibaud reinterprets the history of France.
With almost no words, using a visual score accompanied by live sound effects, he offers a quirky, burlesque, and poetic take on these colorful characters. Accompanied on stage by dancer Fran Espinosa and directed by actor Jean-Marc Bihour (with whom he co-directed Fair-Play and Franito), Patrice Thibaud promises audiences of all ages a chance to revisit history while laughing out loud.
