Description
Two great musicians and virtuosos—Cuban pianist Roberto Fonseca and the well-traveled cellist Vincent Segal—bring their worlds together in a dialogue of rare subtlety, where every silence counts just as much as every note. A former member of the Buena Vista Social Club, Fonseca has collaborated with Ibrahim Ferrer and Omara Portuondo. Segal, for his part, has played with Bumcello, Sting, and Cesária Évora.
Their collaboration builds a bridge between Havana and Paris, blending popular and classical music in a contemporary tribute to dance. Afro-Cuban rhythms, French songs, and classical influences intertwine effortlessly.
With *Nuit parisienne à La Havane*, they compose a suite of poetic and vivid soundscapes, celebrating listening, camaraderie, and travel.
