The Commun vivant association is offering several events during the summer of 2026 to discover dragonflies and the odonate family. We'll start with a playful discovery of dragonflies, from their way of life to their ecological roles, and we'll continue with a small inventory of the species observed. All data collected will be transmitted to the FAUNA regional observatory and to the Conservatoire d'espaces naturels de Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in charge of the national odonate action plan. These scientific workshops will be offered to local residents in conjunction with our associative partners: the Centre social du Hameau, the Centre social de la Pépinière (Pau and Jurançon) and the MJC Berlioz. An evening event will be organized in September in Pau to present the results of the observations.
