Our store Our cheeses and much more We are delighted to welcome you to our boutique, where we offer you our cheeses and a selected range of regional products, including charcuterie, preserves, eggs, wine, beer and groceries i spent several seasons as a shepherd. In summer, I led my 400 Basco-Béarnais ewes through the summer pastures. Milking by hand and making cheese in cauldrons gave me a passion for breeding and cheese-making. Working for a well-known company, I then learned the job of a cheese ripener: getting to know the producers, choosing the cheeses, taking care of them, and finally adding value to them. I set myself a new challenge by taking over this business with my partner Camille, under the name ?Les Saloirs de Louis? which echoes my background and our shared passion?
