The palace institution on the Boulevard des Pyrénées!
"The Maison Constanti was founded in 1923 by my grandfather Léon Constanti in Lanne en Barétous and then taken over by my father Jean. At the age of 30, after having attended the Lenôtre and Hermé schools, I took over the bakery and then extended the range of creations to pastry, chocolate and confectionery. Accompanied by my team, we work with a concern for environmental and local ethics (Label Rouge flours, organic flours, AOC butter...). Finally, we pack our know-how in boxes made in France. "Come for a break and taste our cakes in our tea room! We also offer a savoury range (quinoa tabbouleh, potato waffle, roast chicken club sandwich...)
