The half-day session begins with an introduction to the basic principles of permaculture. This is followed by a detailed tour of the Fioretti Garden. Its 3,500 m² of cultivated land offers a vast area for observation, featuring numerous plants—some of them exotic—such as passion fruit, citrus fruits, pomegranates, and guavas...in mainland France! The garden also offers many examples of crop combinations featuring heirloom varieties, providing inspiration for your own gardens or balconies. And after the observation comes the theory: you’ll learn how plants grow, how to choose your crop combinations, how to maintain living, fertile soil, and how to manage water effectively in your vegetable garden… The workshop concludes with a Q&A session where you can ask as many questions as you like. As a bonus, you’ll leave with a small, home-grown plant!
