Description
%AB %C0 Following a series of misadventures not worth recounting, Mr. Palomar had decided that his
main activity would be to observe things from the outside.%BB *Palomar* by Italo Calvino.
Palomar is also the name of the instrumental trio—ranging from modest folk music to hard-hitting improv—that will accompany the various performances this evening. This original and daring production will pay tribute, through music and dance, to Christian Josué’s open-mindedness. Thus, mirroring his wide-angle view of Occitania, we will journey from Aragon to Soule, from Béarn to Auvergne, from Haute-Garonne to Provence, passing, of course, through the Cévennes—not to mention the Indian subcontinent.
Christian Josué, a multi-instrumentalist from Pau who passed away in 2025, was, among other things, a master at bringing people together.
