Description
This workshop offers a space for theatrical exploration where the body becomes the starting point for creation. Through tools drawn from physical theater, acrobatics, contact dance, and biomechanics, participants will develop a deep awareness of their impulses, sensations, and states, in order to transform them into theatrical material.
Based on the principle that the body thinks, remembers, and tells stories, we will work on constructing a language that articulates movement, emotion, and image. The workshop invites participants to shift the focus away from speech in order to open the way to other forms of expression—ones that are more intuitive, sensitive, and organic.
