The Maison de l’Habitat and the Meillon City Hall, in partnership with Jean Touyarou, a local heritage specialist, invite you to a morning event dedicated to the renovation of historic buildings. On the agenda: a one-hour workshop covering the basics of what constitutes cultural heritage, the fundamentals of energy-efficient renovation, and available financial assistance. This will be followed by a tour of a house designated as a “remarkable building” in the PLUI (Local Urban Development Plan) and currently undergoing restoration. You’ll have the opportunity to ask the various speakers any questions you may have: a France Rénovation advisor, the head of the architecture and heritage department at the Pau Urban Community, and Mr. Jean Touyarou.
