Description
The Stade Nautique is hosting its first %AB Nautique Challenge %BB, an aquatic version of Hyrox where running is replaced by swimming.
Starting at 7:30 p.m., in teams of two (mixed or otherwise), participants will have to complete seven functional training stations interspersed with 200-meter swims as quickly as possible. The goal: to finish with the best time!
The stations will be as follows: 60 push-ups > Swim (200m) > %AB Wheelbarrow %BB on the grass > Swim (200m) > 150 rope skips > Swim (200m) > 50 box jumps (squat jump) > Swim (200m) > Burpee jumps > Swim (200m) > Farmer’s carry > Swim (200m) > Lunges > %C9surprise challenge.
The pair is free to distribute the repetition load as they wish across each station.
