Description
The Nourrir le vivant workshop is the fruit of fertile cooperation between humans, plants and micro-organisms for global health. It is also the fruit of a meaningful, human collaboration between visionary organic market gardeners, a chef-caterer sensitive to tastes and flavors, and a committed naturopathic gardener.
On the program:
- Visit to Jardin de Plumes, a living soil market garden farm,
- Discussions on the links between food, soil, plant and human health, and the role of micro-organisms,
-Picking and harvesting of garden vegetables and preparation of a complete meal.
- A convivial lunch shared on site with farm produce!
