Hosted by Alexandre, a passionate cheesemaker, and Géraud from Clos Lapeyre, this workshop showcases the dialogue between two artisanal skills deeply rooted in their terroirs.
Using two voices, they will guide you in understanding wine pairings by combining their views on products, textures and balance.
