Artiguelouve is located 8 km west of Pau. The village is on the Saint Jacques de Compostelle's roads, in the direction of the Béarn vineyards
On leaving the village, in the direction of Arbus, one can see the remains of the old castle of the 14th century which was used as a hunting lodge by Gaston Fébus. On the other side, on the main road, at the foot of a "pilgrim" statue, you will find two picnic tables, in the grass, for a break during your walks.
