A table à la Renaissance !

As part of the Nuit de la Lecture, if you're curious to know how a banquet was conceived in Renaissance high society, or what was served on the tables, come and share a gastronomic moment at the château. And to take things a step further, two books held in the château library will be presented on the introduction of new species and varieties, from gardens to plates!
At the end of the event, the Conservatoire des légumes anciens du Béarn will be serving up an assorted delicacy.
