Classification is a guarantee of the quality of the services provided to your customers.
This voluntary scheme, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, allows you to be awarded between 1 and 5 stars based on a set of criteria relating to equipment, comfort and service.
Valid for 5 years, the classification is awarded after a detailed visit to your accommodation by the Tourist Office.
It’s the mark of the quality of the services provided: This national classification (1 to 5 stars, validated by the Ministry of Tourism) is based on a reference system based on customer expectations, with criteria for facilities, comfort and services.
