Furnished tourist accommodation

Classification is a guarantee of the quality of the services provided to your customers.
This voluntary process, supported by the French Ministry of Tourism, allows you to obtain from 1 to 5 stars based on a set of criteria relating to equipment, comfort and service.

Valid for 5 years, the classification is awarded after a detailed visit to your accommodation by the Tourist Office.

it’s the mark of the quality of the services provided: This national classification (1 to 5 *, validated by the ministry in charge of tourism) is based on a frame of reference based on customer expectations, with criteria for equipment, comfort and services.

Tourist tax

Collected by all accommodation providers in the Agglomération, this tax is payable by your customers once they have spent at least one night in your accommodation.

You are invited to declare the total number of overnight stays each month on the dedicated platform by following this link.
Payment of the sums collected is made every four months.
