Welcome to Pau Pyrénées!

1. Tourism and Disability Label The official brand

This is the official State label guaranteeing that Pau Pyrénées Tourisme is accessible to all and on all 4 disabilities. Since 2013, this certification has been valid for the tourist information offices in Pau and Lescar.

2. Accessibility of premises Welcome to all!

In Pau, the Tourist Office is located on one level and benefits from automatic doors for optimum accessibility.

Walking around the reception area is made easier by wide and clear pathways, making it easier to get around.

A PRM area has been designed as a continuation of our reception desk, equipped with a magnetic loop and a removable shelf.

3. Comfort To feel at ease

At the Pau Tourist Office, wide, comfortable chairs are available in the reception and immersive areas.

Our touch table offering immersive local hikes has also been made to facilitate wheelchair access.

As for the memorabilia shop, it offers numerous products within easy reach; our holiday advisors remain available at all times to advise and assist you. Lastly, particular care has been taken with the lighting and choice of paints.

At Lescar, a chair is available to allow you to wait comfortably or reduce your standing wait.
