At Les Halles de Pau, this tapas bar is part of the lively, gourmet atmosphere of the commercial heart of the town. The menu features a wide range of pintxos, with over 60 options to choose from to eat in or take away. The recipes evolve regularly, with new items added every month, and handcrafted products produced on site or in the workshop. The identity is clearly oriented towards Spain, through a selection of emblematic products: Ibérico pork, Pata Negra, txistorra de Navarre and pimientos de Padron. Fattened duck from the Landes region also finds its place, notably in duck heart, alongside patatas bravas and croquetas. To accompany the dishes, a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks completes the offer, in a simple and convivial spirit, true to the atmosphere of Les Halles
