Laurent Chamard is a roaster and runs the Pau's café shop at 34 rue Maréchal Joffre in Pau, which has existed since 1989. Every morning, the roasting machine is turned on to roast specialty coffees selected from the best plantations in countries such as Ethiopia and Costa Rica.... The smell that invades the rue Joffre is a real pleasure (the neighbours say so!) as well as the whole world of tea with exceptional houses such as Dammann Frères or Mariage Frères... As we are fine gourmets at Pau's café, our delicatessen section should delight your taste buds: spices, chocolates, biscuits..
