Miroir des (In)visibles? is the result of a meeting between Soraya Bénac, a tap dance artist, and the women incarcerated at the Gradignan prison. Inspired by their stories and prison realities, this creation explores the themes of confinement, justice and sisterhood. The show combines theater, tap dance and visual arts to create a dreamlike atmosphere, shifting the harshness of reality and offering a temporary mental escape from this environment. Giving life to the characters of Selma, Solaine and Soupir, these three artists give voice to the women incarcerated and invisible behind the walls of these concrete fortresses.
