The apartment is located in town, at the foot of King Henri IV's Château de Pau, visible from the rear of the property. It is located on the first floor of the owners' house, with access via an outside staircase. An electric car recharging point is located 100 meters away in the communal parking lot. Local shops are 400 meters away. The property is a 5-minute drive from Pau, and the bus network is close by. In the Parc du Pradeau, you'll have access to a wide range of sporting activities, including walks along the banks of the river Gave and the white-water stadium... a pleasant environment in a beautiful green setting, all within easy walking distance.
