The restaurant is located in the pedestrian heart of the city. An itinerant concept of healthy fast food, simple bowls made with rice and a balanced topping inspired by Japanese traditions and the famous staple dish of Japanese gastronomy: the "Donburi". At HOBO, we offer complete and tasty bowls, delivered to your home or workplace... Don't hesitate to finish your meal with our delicious homemade desserts! As part of our commitment to quality, all our dishes and desserts are homemade and made to order using recyclable packaging. Today, HOBO is a restaurant in Pau run by my father Ken, a second in Bordeaux by my older brother Vincent and a third in Bayonne by myself.
