Place Royale, 64230 Lescar
Built in the 12th century, the Cathedral is a listed historic monument. Its harmonious lines and beautiful proportions make it the most imposing Romanesque building of the Béarn region. It offers a great diversity of medieval architecture: carved capitals, mosaics representing hunting scenes and modillions under the cornice of the chevet.

A bronze plaque mentions the burial of the kings and queens of Navarre, including the grandparents of Henri IV. A 17th century mural representing the Coronation of the Virgin decorates the vault in the apse.
