Brasserie Supervie is located in downtown Pau, next to Les Halles. Every Saturday lunchtime, the brasserie offers dishes to share, such as côte de b?uf and Toulouse sausage by the kilo, in a festive and convivial spirit, so that customers can "take their time". Then, on the last Friday of the month, during the Halles nocturnes, the brasserie stays open until 10pm, again offering dishes to share.
