Ines de Bonnecaze recently opened her boutique at 5 Place Gramont.
After a few months of renovation, this former guitar class room has been transformed into a warm and welcoming place, with cocooning spaces offering a view of the Château. Light wood is mixed with small bistro-style tables: a cosy atmosphere guaranteed for a gourmet break. The products are carefully selected: about thirty varieties of tea in bulk "Betjeman & Barton": black tea, green tea, rooibos; the chocolate comes from Cluizel, the coffee from Ximun in Bayonne. The pastry is made by Maison Kissi. All good things, to eat in or take away. There is a wine library with red and white wines to take away, from Burgundy to the Loire Valley, via the Bordeaux region.
