Our regional and mountain cuisine restaurant "La Bergerie" is located in the pedestrian heart of the Château d'Henri IV.
It has a pleasant terrace and two dining rooms, one of which faces the open kitchen. We offer lamb, Pyrenean trout and various cheese-based recipes. Our cuisine is homemade, and we work as a family.
