To introduce the general public to the immense diversity of teas grown around the world, the many and varied practices involved in the art of tea, and the techniques for tasting this beverage, the Confucius Institute is inviting well-known speakers and specialists to Pau:
- Thaïs Lamouroux, tea assessor, will hold workshops on tea tasting and assessment
teas ;
- members of the Mugua association will present the very original oil tea;
- small, local tea growers and producers in the Basque country, working in
organic farming
Entertainment will be provided throughout the day. Visitors will be able to dress in traditional Chinese garb called "hanfu". They can take part in Qi gong sessions, listen to music
